The Marybrook Burger Recipe

You can't help get your hands dirty with this one. The roast tomato and feta are a great match to the lamb. A great way to use our lamb burger patties, available as add-ons when you buy one of our Marybrook Premium Produce lamb boxes.






Ingredients


Marybrook Premium Produce burger patties

Fresh tomato

Feta

Rocket

Burger buns



Method


Cook the burger patty and tomatoes on the grill. The tomatoes should be blistered and almost ready to burst. Brush the buns with a little oil and toast the inner side on the grill.


Assemble the burger by squishing the tomatoes into the bun, adding the patty and topping with feta, salsa verde and rocket.
