Balance paid on collection/delivery: $17/kg (around $170 small / $340 large)

  • Small Box (9-10kg lamb)

    Shoulder (bone-in) 2-2.5kg
    Cutlets 800g
    Loin Chops (6-8) 600g
    Spare ribs 8
    Back leg roast (rump) 2-2.5kg
    Back lower leg roast   2-2.5kg

     

    Option to ask butcher to swap cutlets with a rack or forequarter chops with a shoulder as these are just different cuts of the same section of meat. We can also cut the leg roast in half if you prefer a smaller piece. Please request in 'butcher options'.

    • FREE pickups at farmgate or market.
    • $20 for delivery on our Busselton to Bunbury to Mandurah to Perth CBD route. If you're in Perth, we'll deliver within 20km of the CBD. Get in touch if you're unsure.
    • Deposits: as a fresh product weights and quantities vary so we take a deposit for your box with the balance payable on receipt, please have your card ready. See product description for total price estimate.
