Small Boxes:

When you take items out of box they will fit on the shelf in most domestic freezers.

Delivery Box dimensions:

When you take items out of box they will fit on a couple of shelves in most domestic freezers.

All items in small and large boxes are fresh. Additional items are frozen. On occasions we freeze items in boxes to ensure freshness.

Unfortunately not. To place an order you must buy a small or large box.

Any orders placed for 'extra' items only will be refunded.

You can add 'extra' items to the box however you can not buy the extra items on their own.

Our box sizes are modelled on the multiple cuts we get from each animal; selling by the box prevents waste and makes selling farm direct possible.

We take a deposit when you order with the balance payable on pickup/delivery. Being a fresh product, weights can vary so doing it this way means you only pay for the actual weight received.

On the website we give weight range estimates so you know the average price range. You cannot remove things from your box when you pick it up. You can however add items from our extra products.

Please have your payment card available at the time of pickup/delivery for any balance due.

Any extra items added to your box at time of purchase are frozen. These are subject to availability at the time of preparing your box. If not available, we will issue a refund or if you're picking up, offer an alternative.

We're at the mercy of sun and rain when it comes to the richness of grass; we patiently wait for our lambs to reach an ideal size through a natural way of eating 100% grass and wild forage. It's very different to most commercial farms where lambs are fed grain during the 'finishing' stage to get them to maximum weight to ensure supply and profit.

The unpredictability of our approach is why we release our boxes on certain dates, we know what the supply will be at the time we put them up for sale. Sometimes we release more boxes and sometimes less. It's a good idea to be on our mailing list so you're the first to know when they're released.

All items are wrapped on trays, ready to freeze (or already frozen). Looking at reliable plastic alternatives for wrapping is part of an ongoing journey to reduce our environmental impact.

This is a fresh product (prepared by our trusted butcher) so weights and items may vary.

We provide cuts like chops, cutlets and ribs by weight not quantity as size varies. Any quantities given are estimates only e.g. number of points on a rack or chops in 500g.

You'll only pay for the actual weight received at the time of pickup/delivery.
