All items in small and large boxes are fresh. Additional items are frozen. On occasions we freeze items in boxes to ensure freshness.

Unfortunately not. To place an order you must buy a small or large box. Any orders placed for 'extra' items only will be refunded. You can add 'extra' items to the box however you can not buy the extra items on their own. Our box sizes are modelled on the multiple cuts we get from each animal; selling by the box prevents waste and makes selling farm direct possible. For you, it keeps the per kg cost of the boxes low and you can try lots of of delicious cuts. We take a deposit when you order with the balance payable on pickup/delivery. Being a fresh product, weights can vary so doing it this way means you only pay for the actual weight received. On the website we give weight range estimates so you know the average price range. You cannot remove things from your box when you pick it up. You can however add items from our extra products. Please have your payment card available at the time of pickup/delivery for any balance due.

Any extra items added to your box at time of purchase are frozen. These are subject to availability at the time of preparing your box. If not available, we will issue a refund or if you're picking up, offer an alternative.

We're at the mercy of sun and rain when it comes to the richness of grass; we patiently wait for our lambs to reach an ideal size through a natural way of eating 100% grass and wild forage. It's very different to most commercial farms where lambs are fed grain during the 'finishing' stage to get them to maximum weight to ensure supply and profit. The unpredictability of our approach is why we release our boxes on certain dates, we know what the supply will be at the time we put them up for sale. Sometimes we release more boxes and sometimes less. It's a good idea to be on our mailing list so you're the first to know when they're released.

All items are wrapped on trays, ready to freeze (or already frozen). Looking at reliable plastic alternatives for wrapping is part of an ongoing journey to reduce our environmental impact.

This is a fresh product (prepared by our trusted butcher) so weights and items may vary. We provide cuts like chops, cutlets and ribs by weight not quantity as size varies. Any quantities given are estimates only e.g. number of points on a rack or chops in 500g. You'll only pay for the actual weight received at the time of pickup/delivery. Farming without compromising the health and wellbeing of our flock and the land on which they roam is the is the essence behind the incredible quality and melt in your mouth texture of our lamb. Our small mobs graze to their hearts content on vineyards across the Margaret River region; giving them access to a diverse and nutritionally rich diet of grasses. In turn they keep the grasses low, suckers on the vines pruned and are an incredible source of natural fertiliser; thanks to their size they don't damage the vines. Careful rotation with the help of our farm dogs ensures no overgrazing and a continuous food supply. ​ We're at the mercy of sun and rain when it comes to the richness of grass; so we wait patiently for them to reach an ideal size. When it comes time, we keep the process low stress with minimal handling and by driving them in our own truck for processing . We then use a trusted local butcher for preparing the cuts.

We deliver on our drive from Busselton to Bunbury to Mandurah to Perth. Note, we can't deliver further than 20km of Perth CBD. We will be in touch to give you an estimated time once we have mapped our route. Your delivery date will be selected at time of purchase according to which box release you choose.

You selected your pickup or delivery date/time/location at the point of purchase. Please check your order confirmation. We cannot offer pickup/delivery outside our set times and dates as we're working on the farm.

We suggest being home however we will leave on request. Please leave an extra large esky in a safe and shady place with plenty of ice. We do not take responsibility for spoilage that may occur after delivery.

Farm life is a busy one, so in order to sell farm direct we have to do all the pickups and deliveries on set days and times. These are set to ensure the product gets to you in optimum freshness from our butcher. The farm gate is closed outside allocated pickup times and for pre-orders only.

Yes, absolutely. During restrictions we adhere to all government requirements. If you have special circumstances or would like a socially distanced pickup or collection at other times, please ask.

Orders can be cancelled 10 days prior to delivery/collection by email.
